Charles Galloway Vaughan born January 2, 1957 and passed away June 13, 2026, at the age of 69. Charles leaves behind his 5 children, Charlie (Alicia) Vaughan, Joyce (Robert) Delaney, Amanda (Jason) McCollough, Alicia (Roy) Fowler, and Betty (Chris) Rasner; 22 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren and many loving family members and lifelong friends who will forever cherish the memories they shared with him. Charles was a true prankster at heart, he found great joy in pushing everyone's buttons, teasing those he loved, and making people laugh. He loved sharing stories that often grew a little taller with each telling. Whether he was launching bottle rockets, swapping stories on the porch, or sitting back with a cup of coffee watching the birds he had a way of turning ordinary moments into lasting memories. He is now reunited with his beloved wife Donna, who was one of the few people who could keep him in check and always knew exactly how to handle his mischievous ways (by tossing a frying pan or coffee mug at him lol). If Charles could leave us with one final request, it would be simple: keep laughing, keep playing harmless pranks, keep sharing exaggerated stories, and keep testing each other's patience just enough to remind one another how much you're loved. In his honor may we continue to find joy in the little things and never miss an opportunity to smile. He will be forever celebrated and deeply missed by all who he playfully tormented.

It is with profound sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Steven Anderson, beloved husband, brother, stepfather, and grandfather, on June 11, 2026. Born on February 21, 1964, in Canton, Ohio, Steven blessed this world with 62 years of kindness, humor, and unwavering dedication to his loved ones. Steven was the cherished son of the late Charles and June Anderson, who instilled in him the values of hard work and compassion that he carried throughout his life. In 1997, Steven found the love of his life, Donna. Together, they built a beautiful life over 29 years of marriage, filled with laughter, love, and mutual respect. Steven welcomed Donna’s children into his heart as his own, becoming a devoted stepfather and a guiding presence in their lives. His legacy lives on through his many grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, who will forever remember their grandfather’s warm hugs and wise words. Steven’s career was marked by dedication and skill. He worked as a welder for over 20 years, honing his craft and earning the respect of his colleagues. He worked in fiber glass before he retired, showing the same commitment and work ethic that defined his professional life. His hands, capable of creating and repairing, were a testament to the strength and diligence he exhibited every day. He held a special place in the heart of his mother-in-law, Virginia, who admired his unwavering love and support for his family. Though Steven has left this world, his spirit lives on in the hearts of all who knew him. His kindness, humor, and deep sense of family will continue to inspire those he leaves behind. As we remember Steven, we celebrate a life rich in love, compassion, and dedication.

Steven is survived by his wife of 29 years, Donna; siblings, Tony, Patty and Brenda; two step daughters, Tina and Joann; mother in law, Virginia; many grand grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Mildred Joyce Sheppard, a cherished mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, who departed this life peacefully on June 11, 2026. Mildred was born on June 3, 1945, in the quaint town of Harriman, Tennessee, to the late Arthur and Gladys Crowley, who undoubtedly welcomed her into their loving arms once more. Mildred was a beacon of compassion and strength, dedicating her life to the care and nurturing of others. Her career as a nurse spanned many years, during which she touched countless lives with her gentle hands and caring heart. Her unwavering commitment to the well-being of her patients was a testament to the deep empathy and kindness that defined her character. She was a devoted mother to her two sons, James Culvahouse and Timmy Culvahouse, who carry forward her legacy of love and resilience. Her sister, Betty Piper, and brother, Charles Crowley, shared a lifelong bond with Mildred, cherishing the memories of their childhood adventures and supporting one another through life's journey. Mildred's heart was a wellspring of love for her grandchildren: Cameron, Cason, Landon, and Hannah Culvahouse, who were her pride and joy. She also leaves behind two great-granddaughters, who brought her endless delight and whom she cherished deeply. While she was predeceased by her beloved granddaughter, Holly Culvahouse, Mildred's spirit of love and compassion will continue to be felt by her family and all who were blessed to know her. A service to honor the life of Mildred Joyce Sheppard will be held on June 17, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Glen Abbey Memorial Park in Auburndale, Florida. Family and friends are invited to gather as we celebrate the life of a remarkable woman whose warmth and kindness left an indelible mark on everyone she encountered. Mildred's legacy is one of love, care, and an unwavering dedication to the people she held dear. Her memory will continue to inspire and guide her family and friends, reminding us all of the profound impact one life can have. As we say goodbye, we take comfort in knowing that her spirit lives on in the hearts of those she loved. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made in Mildred's memory to a charity that supports nursing education, in honor of her lifelong passion for caregiving.

Mary Ann Wimberly, a beloved daughter, mother, sister, and friend, peacefully departed this world on June 4, 2026, at the age of 49. Born on July 20, 1977, in the sunny embrace of St. Petersburg, Florida, Mary Ann's life was a testament to love, laughter, and the joy of family.
Mary Ann was the cherished daughter of Samuel Gibson and the late Stacy Johnson, and the beloved daughter of John Wayne Wimberly. From an early age, Mary Ann's radiant spirit and infectious laughter left an indelible mark on the hearts of all who knew her. Her humor was her hallmark, and she delighted in making those around her laugh, often with a touch of silliness that brightened even the dimmest of days.
Her heart's greatest joy was her family, anchored by her lifelong love, Richard Grigsby. Together since their teenage years, Mary Ann and Richard's bond was a testament to enduring love and companionship. As a devoted stay-at-home mom, Mary Ann dedicated her life to nurturing and guiding her children: Harold Freeman, Jacob Hayes, Jeremy Hayes, Alexxiss Peavy, and Skyler Grigsby. Her children were her world, and she was their guiding light, always leading with warmth and wisdom.
Mary Ann's life was further enriched by her role as a grandmother to three precious grandchildren, who brought her immeasurable joy and pride. She leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter that will forever be cherished by her family.
In addition to her children and grandchildren, Mary Ann is survived by her siblings, Kathy Jean Wimberly, Jennifer Deeson, and John Wayne Wimberly, Jr. Their shared memories and familial bond were a source of strength and comfort throughout her life. She is also fondly remembered by many friends and extended family members who were touched by her kindness and humor.
Mary Ann's love for the beach and the great outdoors was well-known to all who knew her. She found solace in the gentle waves and the warm embrace of the sun, often spending her days sitting on the porch and taking in the beauty of nature. Her appreciation for life's simple pleasures imbued her with a unique serenity and grace.
Preceded in death by her mother, Stacy Johnson, and her niece, Merissa Sumner, Mary Ann's passing is deeply mourned by all whose lives she touched. In remembering her, we celebrate a life filled with love, laughter, and a joyous spirit that will forever resonate in the hearts of those who were fortunate to know her.
Mary Ann Wimberly's life was a beautiful tapestry woven with threads of love, laughter, and leadership. She will be dearly missed, but her legacy of joy and kindness will endure, reminding us all of the power of love and the beauty of a life well-lived.
A celebration of Mary Ann's life will be held on Sunday, June 7, where family and friends will gather at Hunt Fountain Park (2020 Duff Rd Lakeland, FL) to honor her memory and share the joy she brought into their lives.

Donna Lynn Driggers, born May 31, 1958, entered her heavenly home on May 29, 2026. Donna was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose love for her family was evident in everything she did. She was also a devoted daughter who deeply loved and honored her parents, Bobby and Shirley Ann Blackwelder. She is survived by her daughters, Sarah Driggers and Anna Driggers; her beloved grandchildren, Lily Rodriguez, Owen Rodriguez, Rose Rodriguez, and Noah Rodriguez; and her siblings, Kimberly Duncan, Beverly Hartley, and Victor Blackwelder. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Eugene Driggers, who passed away in 2016.

Donna worked as an accountant for many years and later served as a tax preparer and Manager with H&R Block. She took pride in helping others and built lasting relationships through her dedication and care. Above all else, she treasured her role as a mother and grandmother. Her faith in the Lord Jesus Christ was the foundation of her life. Donna’s love for her Savior guided her daily actions and provided strength, comfort, and hope throughout her life. She lived her faith through her kindness, generosity, and unwavering support of those she loved.

Donna took immense pride in her daughter’s musical accomplishments and was their most devoted supporter. She attended countless rehearsals, lessons, performances, and events over the years. She was especially proud of Anna’s performing career throughout her college years and of Sarah’s career as a music teacher, always offering encouragement, guidance, and support for the many performances and milestones along the way.

Nothing brought Donna greater joy than spending time with her family, especially her cherished grandchildren. Being a grandmother was one of her greatest joys, and she treasured every moment spent with Lily, Owen, Rose, and Noah. She also treasured her friendship with her best friend, Phyllis. She enjoyed watching The Andy Griffith Show, Yellowstone, and Law & Order, and she was always happiest when surrounded by the people she loved.

Donna’s legacy is one of faith, love, devotion, and steadfast support. She sacrificed willingly for her family, celebrated the accomplishments of those she loved, and never missed an opportunity to encourage those around her. Though she will be deeply missed, the love she poured into her family will continue for generations. Her family finds comfort in knowing she is reunited with loved ones gone before her and resting in the presence of her Lord and Savior.

Funeral service information will be announced by the family.

Joseph Machinski, a man whose life was defined by kindness, generosity, and an unwavering love for family and friends, passed away peacefully on May 14, 2026, at the age of 79. Joseph was born on February 28, 1947, in the charming landscapes of Pennsylvania. He spent his life weaving a tapestry of warmth and compassion that touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Joseph was predeceased by his beloved wife, Monnie Machinski, his devoted parents, and his brother, Jack Machinski. These losses never dimmed his spirit, but rather fortified his devotion to the family he treasured. Joseph is survived by his nephew, Joseph Morici, and his wife, Shakira, who were like children to him. He took immense joy in the lives and laughter of his grandnieces and grandnephews: Adrianna, Alaina, Joseph, Dylan, and Christopher, who held a special place in his heart.

From an early age, Joseph found his calling in the art of plumbing. With a technical degree in hand, he dedicated his entire career to this trade, becoming a respected member of the Ft. Lauderdale Plumbers Union. Joseph's commitment to his work was matched only by his dedication to his community and the people in it.

Beyond his professional life, Joseph's heart was filled with a love for the simple joys of life. He was an avid sports fan, often found cheering on his favorite teams with a twinkle in his eye. His weekends were frequently spent on the softball field, where his love for the game was as evident as his camaraderie with his teammates. A true enthusiast of classic comedy, Joseph found endless amusement in the antics of the Three Stooges and the adventures of Star Trek, both of which he shared with those around him, spreading smiles and joy.

Joseph's green thumb was renowned among his neighbors, as he took immense pride in his meticulously tended yard. His garden was not just a collection of plants, but a reflection of his nurturing spirit and attention to detail.

Animal lovers at heart, Joseph and Monnie dedicated much of their time and energy to advocating for the welfare of animals. Their home was always open to the cause, and Joseph's gentle persuasion often led others to join their efforts in making the world a better place for all creatures.

Known for his sweet and gentle nature, Joseph never had an unkind word for anyone. His perpetual smile and infectious positivity left a lasting impression on everyone he met. He was the embodiment of what it means to be a true gentleman, and his legacy of goodwill will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to know him.

Joseph's life was a testament to the beauty of simplicity and the power of a kind heart. As we bid farewell to this remarkable man, we carry forward the lessons he taught us: to love fiercely, to live generously, and to always greet the world with a smile. His memory will forever remain in our hearts, a guiding light in the lives of those who loved him dearly.

It is with the a profound sadness and all of our love, that we share Rachel Catheryn Erwine completed her courageous journey with cancer, passing away on May 19, 2026, in Lakeland, Florida. Born on September 16, 1984, in Bartow, Florida. Rachel lived life the way she loved — fully, stubbornly, and all-in. Everything was on her terms. Rachel didn’t just live her life; she insisted on it.

She had a heart of gold and a fierce determination to match, forever fighting for more time with her four sons. Anyone who knew her - knew her boys were her whole reason and her greatest joy.

For years, she worked lovingly alongside countless young children, affectionately known as “Ms. Rachel” by the smallest humans she shaped and cared for. She taught precious littles: how to show up as their best selves, to believe that they were capable and most importantly, that they were loved beyond measure.

She was the kind of person whose laughter was contagious — the sort that filled a room (audibly or silently between glances) before you even knew what was funny. Once the joke was out, there was no reeling it back in, certainly not dependent on the location, timing, or seriousness of the event. Being appropriately solemn in moments of expectation, was never her strongest ability.

Rachel loved the earth beneath her feet and the sky above — nature was where she found her peace. She was always reaching toward the next moment, the next adventure, and the next chance to show up for the people she loved.

She is survived by her mother, Lisa Wood; her father by love, Charles Wood; her loving partner and caregiver, Jamie Hanlin; her former husband and steadfast co-parent, Scott Erwine; her four cherished sons, Dylan Erwine, Riley Hanlin, Ryder Erwine, and Jameson Hanlin; her siblings, Chuck Wood, David Wood, Winter Hankins, Dustin Norman, Kevin Strickland, and Destiny Wood; a host of adored nieces and nephews and a wide circle of friends and chosen family who loved her deeply.
She was preceded in death by her biological father, Butch Strickland.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday June 12th at Music Ranch 1920 Banana Rd. Lakeland, FL. 33810 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Rachel’s honor.

May her legacy of laughter echo loudly in every wild place, fill every family gathering, and in every single moment that deserves to be lived fully and unapologetically — just like Rachel taught us.

Benita was the beloved daughter of Hansley and Roberta Sanders, who preceded her in death.
It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Edith Stephenson, a beloved mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, who departed this world on May 8, 2026. Born on July 12, 1954, in the sunny city of Jacksonville, Florida, Edith was a beacon of warmth and kindness throughout her life.

Edith was the cherished daughter of the late Henry and Helen Pierson, who instilled in her a sense of compassion and a joy for life that she carried with her always. She was predeceased by her devoted husband, David Russell Stephenson, her loving parents, and her dear brother, Joey Pierson. Despite her losses, Edith's spirit remained resilient and her heart ever open to those around her.

A graduate of Kathleen High School, Edith embarked on a career as an outside sales representative for Manheim Auto Auctions, where she was known not only for her professional acumen but also for her infectious smile and willingness to help anyone in need. Yet, it was her role as a mother that defined her life. Edith was a devoted and nurturing mother to her children, James Boterf and Shannon Taccalite, who were the greatest joys of her life.

Edith found immense happiness in the simplest pleasures—fishing, spending time at the beach, and being near the water. Her love for raising orchids reflected her patient, nurturing spirit and her appreciation for nature's beauty. A dedicated member of Bethel Baptist, her faith was a guiding force in her life, offering her strength and solace.

She is survived by her sister, Mary Helen Costine, who shared a bond of love and sisterhood that was unbreakable. Her legacy continues through her children, James and Shannon, and her adored grandchildren, Maddie Fowler, Hannah Fowler, Kayla Boterf, Hope Boterf, Mossimo Taccalite, and Demi Taccalite. Her joy multiplied further with the birth of her great-granddaughter, Ember Dixon.

Edith was the kind of person who lit up a room with her presence. Her laughter was infectious, and her ability to make others feel valued and loved was unmatched. She was always ready to extend a helping hand, never hesitating to support anyone who needed her. Edith's life was a testament to the power of kindness and the impact of a generous heart.

As we bid farewell to Edith, we celebrate a life well-lived and a soul that touched the hearts of many. Her memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her, and her legacy of love and kindness will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to be part of her life.

Edith Stephenson will be deeply missed, but her spirit will live on in the laughter, the love, and the gentle breezes by the water she so dearly loved.

It is with heavy hearts but fond memories that we announce the passing of Glenn Robert VanBuskirk, who departed from this world on April 27, 2026, at the age of 63. Born on January 22, 1963, in Pontiac, Michigan, Glenn brought a unique light into the lives of those who knew him. His journey through life was marked by warmth, laughter, and a genuine love for the simple joys nature provided.

Glenn was a man of many talents and interests, most notably his passion for fishing and his remarkable green thumb. Whether casting a line into the serene waters of Michigan's lakes or tending to his lush garden, Glenn found peace and fulfillment in the natural world. His love for these activities was a testament to his patience and appreciation for life's quieter moments.

Those who had the pleasure of knowing Glenn will remember him for his infectious sense of humor. He possessed a rare gift—the ability to make anyone laugh, even on the darkest of days. His laughter was a source of comfort and joy, leaving a lasting imprint on the hearts of all who encountered him.

Glenn was a beloved husband, brother, and stepfather. He is survived by his devoted wife of 21 years, Edwina VanBuskirk, who stood by his side through life's ups and downs with unwavering love and support. He also leaves behind his cherished brothers, Richard Matlock and James Watkins, whose bonds remained strong throughout the years. Additionally, Glenn is survived by his stepdaughter, Sandra Allman, who brought immense pride and happiness into his life.

In his lifetime, Glenn was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, John Matlock. Though their absence was deeply felt, Glenn's memories of them remained a source of strength and guidance.

His legacy of laughter, love, and resilience will continue to inspire us all. While we mourn his passing, we also cherish the moments we shared, knowing that his spirit will forever be with us.

May Glenn rest in eternal peace, knowing that he was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed.

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Gary Wayne Everett, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, who left us peacefully on April 25, 2026, at the age of 55. Born in Oaklawn, Illinois, on February 22, 1971, Gary was the cherished son of Dennis and Virginia Everett and is now reunited with them, as well as his beloved brothers, Ronnie and Keith, in eternal rest.

Gary's life was a testament to the power of kindness and the joy of simple pleasures. He was a man whose heart was as welcoming as the aroma of a summer barbecue, a man who made every family gathering a memorable occasion with his love for grilling. He took great pride in tending to the grill, making sure each meal was perfect, much like the way he tended to the needs of those around him.

In June of 2008, Gary married the love of his life, Rejina, and their marriage of 17 years was a journey enriched by love, resilience, and unwavering support. Together, they built a beautiful family, and Gary found immense joy in his role as a father to his six children: Dillon, Evan, Anna, Michael, Matthew, and Andrew. His legacy of love and integrity lives on in them, and they, in turn, have blessed him with two adoring grandchildren who will carry forward the stories of their grandfather's warmth and generosity.

Gary was known far and wide for his willingness to lend a helping hand. Whether it was assisting a neighbor, coaching a youth sports team, or volunteering at community events, Gary's dedication to helping others was a defining characteristic. He was a beacon of reliability, a man who could always be counted on in times of need, and his absence leaves a void that will be deeply felt by all who knew him.

Though his time with us was too short, Gary's impact on the lives he touched will endure. He was a man who understood the value of love and connection, and he lived his life accordingly, always prioritizing the needs and happiness of his family and friends.

In honoring Gary's memory, we remember a man who taught us that the most important things in life are not measured by material wealth, but by the love we give and receive. As we say goodbye, we hold tight to the lessons he taught us and the warmth of his spirit, which will forever be a guiding light in our hearts.

Rest in peace, Gary Wayne Everett. You will be deeply missed and forever cherished.

It is with heavy hearts and fond memories that we announce the passing of Jim Lindsay, a cherished father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, who left us peacefully on April 25, 2026, at the age of 81. Born on February 7, 1945, in Hamilton, Ohio, Jim was a beacon of warmth and dedication throughout his life, leaving an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Jim was the beloved son of Gilbert and Edna Lindsay, who instilled in him the values of hard work, integrity, and kindness. Though he was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Herbert Lindsay, his sister, Audrey Kilgour, and his cherished wife, Shirley Lindsay, Jim's spirit lived on in the laughter and love of his surviving family members.

He is deeply missed by his son, Greg Riddell, and daughter-in-law, Mari, who shared with him the joys of family and the simple pleasures of life. Jim took immense pride in his six grandchildren—Amber Reedy, Elizabeth Burroughs, Kennedy Riddell, Sara Smith, Jon Robinson, and Cheyanne Robinson—and was further blessed with four great-grandchildren, who brought him endless joy and reminders of life's continuity.

The love and support of his siblings, Myrl, Patty Ann, Marilyn, and Donna Jean, along with his 18 nieces and nephews, provided Jim with a lifetime of cherished memories and unwavering companionship. Each family gathering was a testament to the bonds that Jim nurtured and treasured throughout his life.

A dedicated and diligent worker, Jim spent many years in the lab at a steel plant, where he honed his skills and built lasting friendships. His retirement marked the end of a fulfilling career, but it never diminished the work ethic and camaraderie he carried throughout his life.

Jim was a proud member of the Masonic community, having been a steadfast brother at Washington Lodge No. 17 in Hamilton, Ohio, and later at Kathleen Lodge No. 338 in Kathleen, Florida. His commitment to these lodges was a reflection of his dedication to service, brotherhood, and the betterment of society.

Outside of his professional and fraternal commitments, Jim found joy in the thrill of car racing and was an avid NASCAR fan. He cherished the peacefulness of fishing, often sharing this passion with his son, Greg. Together, they created unforgettable moments on the water, surrounded by nature's tranquility. Jim never missed an episode of "Gunsmoke," finding comfort and nostalgia in the timeless tales of the Old West.

Jim Lindsay's life was a testament to love, resilience, and the enduring bonds of family and friendship. Though he has left this world, his spirit and legacy will continue to light our paths and warm our hearts. We invite all who knew and loved Jim to join us in celebrating his life and legacy at a memorial service, details of which will be announced at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Jim's memory to Shriners Children's.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Thomas Edward Winborn, a beloved father, grandfather, and cherished member of the community, who left this world on April 24, 2026, at the age of 73. Born on December 9, 1952, in Muncie, Indiana, Thomas was the treasured son of Wilburn and Betty Winborn, whose loving influence shaped the compassionate and joyful man he became.

Thomas’s life was a tapestry woven with love, laughter, and dedication. He was preceded in death by his dear parents, his sister Sylvia Jean Newby, and his brother Richard Alvin Winborn Sr., with whom he shared countless fond memories. He leaves behind a legacy of love through his two devoted daughters, Jessica Roberts (Anthony) and Jennifer Winborn, and his five adoring grandchildren, Autumn, Sydney, Adam, Alyissa, and Zayden. His family was the center of his world, and his enduring love for them will forever echo in their hearts. He also leaves his sister, Kathy Hightower and her husband Joe and his brother, Wayne Winborn.

Throughout his career, Thomas found purpose and joy in his work, delivering newspapers for The Winter Haven New Chef and serving countless patrons at Morrison's Cafeteria. His commitment to his community extended beyond his professional life; he was an active and proud member of the deaf community in Polk County, where he fostered connections and friendships that enriched his life and those around him.

Thomas was a man of simple pleasures, finding solace and joy in the great outdoors. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, passions he pursued with unwavering enthusiasm and skill. Those who knew him well also knew of his steadfast love for the Green Bay Packers, a team he supported with the same loyalty and fervor he showed in all aspects of his life.

Perhaps Thomas will be best remembered for his boundless humor and infectious spirit. He had an extraordinary ability to make people laugh, brightening the days of those around him with his playful teasing and gentle ribbing, always delivered with love. His laughter was contagious, and his presence brought warmth and joy to every room he entered.

As we bid farewell to Thomas, we celebrate a life well-lived—a life characterized by love, laughter, and a deep connection to family, friends, and community. He leaves behind a legacy that will continue to inspire and uplift those fortunate enough to have known him.

A memorial service to honor Thomas Edward Winborn will be held at a later date, where family and friends will gather to share stories, laughter, and tears as they pay tribute to a remarkable man who touched so many lives. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to organizations supporting the deaf community, ensuring that Thomas’s spirit of compassion and community continues to thrive.

Thomas, you will be deeply missed, but your laughter, love, and legacy will remain in our hearts forever.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Aase Feder, a cherished mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, who departed this world on April 22, 2026, at the age of 87. Born on December 7, 1938, in the picturesque city of Copenhagen, Denmark, Aase was the beloved daughter of Anna Anderson Clauser. Her early years in Denmark formed her love of the Danish culture, an influence that she carried with her throughout her life.

Aase's journey brought her across the ocean to the United States, where she created a life filled with love and dedication. Together with her late husband, Arthur Feder, she built a thriving business in Lakeland, Florida. Scan Design, their furniture store, was not just a business but a testament to their shared dream and hard work. For 56 years, Aase and Arthur stood side by side, partners in life and love, their bond an inspiring example of commitment and resilience.

A devoted member of Temple Beth Shalom in Winter Haven, Aase's faith was an integral part of her life, providing her with strength and solace. She was a woman of deep kindness and unwavering independence, whose sweet nature and tender heart touched everyone she met. Her compassion was as boundless as her love for her family, whom she cherished above all else.

Aase was the proud and loving mother of Annalisa Palen and her husband Walt, and Erik Feder and his wife Cari. Her legacy of warmth and love extends to her four grandchildren—Savanah, Zachary, Katie, and Jacob—and her great-grandchildren, Harper, Mackenzie, Landon, and Paisley. She was predeceased by her husband of 56 years, Arthur Feder and great-grandson, Sawyer Caldwell, and now joins them in eternal peace.

Aase's life was as colorful and varied as her many interests. She was an avid traveler, often returning to her beloved Denmark, a place that always held a special corner of her heart. She especially loved the color red, a detail that seemed to reflect her vibrant spirit. Her sweet tooth was a delightful quirk that family and friends fondly remember, as was her passion for knitting and the camaraderie of playing Mahjong with friends.

As a mother, and as a cherished “mormor” and “farmor”—names her grandchildren spoke with love—Aase embodied unwavering devotion and kindness. She uplifted those around her with her gentle spirit and nurturing heart, leaving behind a legacy defined by love, resilience, and the quiet, enduring impact of a life deeply and beautifully lived.

While the world feels a little dimmer without her radiant presence, Aase Feder’s memory will forever illuminate the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her. As we bid farewell to a remarkable woman, we find comfort in the knowledge that her spirit will continue to guide and inspire us.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to The Parkinson’s Foundation or to Good Shepard Hospice

Brandon Roy Moran, a cherished soul known for his infectious joy and adventurous spirit, left this world on April 23, 2026, just shy of his 40th birthday. Born on April 25, 1986, in Bartow, Florida, Brandon was a good friend to those who had the pleasure of knowing him. He was the beloved son of Roy and Joellen Moran, both of whom preceded him in death.

Brandon had a lifelong love for the outdoors. He found solace and joy in the open air, whether riding his motorcycle, casting a line while fishing, or navigating the serene waters on an airboat. Brandon was also an avid hunter and cherished the simple pleasures of life, like a good day at the lake or a lively game of corn hole with friends.

A member of the Moose Lodge in Winter Haven, Brandon was known for his warm-heartedness and his ability to bring people together. He had a gift for making those around him feel special and included, whether at a lodge event or a friendly gathering. His love for a good party was well known, but above all, he loved his son, Kash Moran more than life itself.

Brandon was a devoted family man, deeply connected to his roots and the people who shaped his life. He leaves behind his son, Kash, who was the light of his life; his grandmother, Ellen "Granny" Moran, whom he adored and shared a special bond with; his aunts Annette Weeks (Mark), Brenda Ketelhut (Rick), Joanne St. Vincent, Judy, and Destiny Vasquez (Mark); and his siblings, Jimmy Moran, and Lance and Tyler Orrick. His faithful canine companion, Ellie Mae, will continue to carry a piece of Brandon's spirit.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Joellen Moran, as well as his paternal grandfather, Henry Leroy Moran, and maternal grandparents, Robert and Betty Gibbs. Brandon's legacy is carried forward by his surviving family and the countless friends who were touched by his zest for life.

Brandon was a great, fun-loving guy who was always down for a good time. His laughter, warmth, and big heart will be profoundly missed by all who had the fortune to know him. His passing leaves a void that cannot be filled, but his memory will live on in the stories and smiles of those he left behind.

A celebration of Brandon's life will be held on May 1, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Auburndale Memorial Park in Auburndale, FL. Family, friends, and all whose lives were touched by Brandon are invited to gather as we honor his life and the joy he brought into our world.

May we continue to celebrate the adventurous, loving spirit of Brandon Roy Moran in our hearts and actions.
