Sylvia Gail Gibson

April 19, 1953 - April 26, 2026

Sylvia Gail Gibson was born on April 19, 1953, she passed away peacefully at home on April 26, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was preceded by her parents, James and Violet Bozeman. Sylvia worked as a furniture refinisher for Badcock and Oakcraft for 12 years, taking great pride in her work. Nothing made Gail happier than having her children close by. Family was the center of her life, and she treasured every moment spent with them.  She is survived by her three children, April Lowe, Jeffrey Gibson, and Melissa Gail Gibson; her four beloved grandchildren, Dylan, Lindsey, Makayla, and Richard; and her cherished dog, Baby Girl, who was always in her arms and brought her so much joy.

Mom, you are deeply missed already, and you will be loved forever. We hope you’re dancing in the sky, Mama.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
