Ginny was one of the most caring teachers that we had the privilege of knowing at Cleveland Court Elementary. Our daughter, Jennifer was fortunate to be in Ginny's 5th Grade class. At the first open house of that school year, I can remember she told us that American History was one of her favorite subjects to teach. That really meant a lot to us since so many times this particular subject is not considered important. She was always there for the students and the parents whenever anyone had a problem to discuss. Educating her students was taken very seriously by Ginny and she always made sure they were prepared to go on to middle school. We were very blessed to have Ginny in our lives and very thankful she had an important role in shaping Jennifer's life so many years ago. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family.

Ginny was one of the sweetest ladies I have ever known and I am proud to have been able to call her friend. She loved her family fiercely and will be greatly missed. I remember when she was teaching at Cleveland Court and I worked for her husband Tom, that she remembered I had said how much I loved the pizza that the school cafeteria served and she would call to let us know that pizza was on the menu for the day and come get some I loved to hear her laugh
