My dear friend. I just learned that you’re in heaven so now I know why I couldn’t reach you. I know you are in charge of the parties and dancing up there, and you and my parents are laughing and watching over all of us here. Our Galileo days will always be in my heart, along with wonderful memories of you!

My deepest condolences to my Hernandez family. I have the best memories of visits over the years of my Uncle Lalo & Aunt Ceci & at times my handsome Uncle flying solo (I had such a crush on him)!! We were so happy to have some of our Hernandez family come visit us in El Paso a few years ago!! Happy happy times! I know Aunt Ceci is pain free now & basking in God’s Grace 🌟💫✨, missing her earthly family but totally at peace. My thoughts & prayers are with you all, I picture your Mom surrounded by everyone she loved while she was here; a huge smile on her face! Happy Birthday Aunt Ceci Happy Valentine’s Day 🌹 Love y’all ♥️

I miss you my dear friend, we spent many days together at the offices... Mildred and Claude Pepper Towers, Council Towers, Robert Sharp Towers, etc... Cecil you displayed so much love, you did like your Father God - you gave love! Ceci, we will see each other again and that great day... Go on and take your rest girl until then. Hernandez Family, much love from the Taylor's - go with god, stay with God and lean on Jesus who will see you through until the end.

Proverbs 31:28 says, "And her children rise up and call her blessed." This scripture speaks of a woman who raised children who are successful not just vocationally but spiritually. Although I never had the pleasure of meeting Mother Hernandez, I've enjoyed the privilege of knowing her daughter Edie, a true reflection of her beautiful Mother. I bless God for mother Hernandez's life on this earth but the Bible says, "To be absent in the body is to be present with the Lord." Mother Hernandez's faith in Jesus signed her name in the Book of Life. Today I pay tribute to a true angel that was among us, one of God's strongest soldiers, a "Warrior" in the flesh. Your fight is over and your job was, "Well done," rest in paradise. You have guided and modeled and now it's your turn to rest, rest knowing your family will continue all you've modeled for them, giving God the glory and pointing to the Angel God used to express His love and guidance, you Mother Ceci Hernandez. You are so profoundly LOVED! Rest in peace🤍

First hugs to her whole family. She had the biggest heart of anyone I've ever met. And her food was out of this world. Always had a smile to greet you with. And laughter that brought music to your ears. Rest well your'll be greatly missed💙

So sorry to hear of your mother's passing., Edie. While I did not know her personally, I knew her kindness and love for life through you. She lived a life dedicated to her family and I know she will be missed. May the angels of comfort surround your family at this difficult time. ❤️

Wow I know she was so awesome I loved her and loved tàlking to her she always talked about Duke Ellington, from the first time I met her she was fun to talk to, I would be washing dishes and she would come back and talk to me everyone who worked with her loved her and she always helped anyone she could, she introduced me to Al and suggested we start a band and she loved it when we did , she would come and listen,buy us pizza, she was the sweetest person I've ever met and no one could ever say a bad word about her, now she is with our Lord Jesus now shining more than ever!! I love you CECI R.I.P.we shall see you again!!
