Robert Newcombe Jr passed away on July 27, 2023, in Lakeland, Florida. He was born in Winter Haven, Florida on May 15, 1960, to Robert and Caroline Newcombe Sr. Robert was an outdoors man who loved fishing, hunting and golfing. Robert also served in the US Army. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Debra; 2 daughters, Cheryl, Tisa; 2 grandchildren, Madison and Ethan.
