A celebration of her life will at Ardella Baptist Church, 709 West Pipkin Road, Lakeland, Florida on Thursday Dec. 1, with a viewing at a 11am and funeral service following at 12:00pm.

I met Phyllis and Tony at Lakeland Auto Mall and instantly became friends with them. Phyllis...so quiet but when she spoke her words were kind and often funny. I am a Alabama fan so "Roll Tide" was our usual salutation. I will miss her and her lovely spirit. My sincerest thoughts and prayers go out to the family and may God place peace in your hearts as you know she is at home with our Lord. I will miss you Phyllis.

She was one of the nicest ladies I ever met. I know Tony will miss her more than anyone can imagine, but she has made her way to Heaven. I loved her to death even though she was Crimson Tide through and through. She always was smiling and never ever thought about saying anything bad about anyone. We’ve always loved you. Rest In Peace.
