Michele Vassallo (née Martinelli), a loving and generous soul, passed away peacefully on February 28, 2025, in Lakeland, Florida. She was 66 years old.

Born in Miami, Florida, on October 12, 1958, to Michael and Eleanor Martinelli, Michele lived a life filled with creativity, kindness, and a deep love for her family and the natural world. She possessed a remarkable spirit of helpfulness; if she could lend a hand, she always would.

Michele’s creative passions included crafting beautiful bracelets and candles, showcasing her artistic talent and meticulous attention to detail. She found immense joy in gardening and spending time outdoors, nurturing plants and appreciating the beauty of nature. Her love extended to her canine companions, who held a special place in her heart.

Michele’s parents, Michael and Eleanor Martinelli, and her brother, Joseph Vassallo, preceded her in death. She leaves behind a legacy of love and will be deeply missed by her daughter, Mary McIntyre; her son, Robert Vassallo; her grandson, Jaxson Brantley; her sisters, Mary Judah and Eileen Melvin; her niece, Lisa Tessner; her great-niece, Leeanore Guerra; her great-nephews, Michael Guerra and Valdemar Guerra; her nephews, Justin Judah, Bobby Judah, and Michael Ryals; and her niece, Anne Judah Greenfield.

Michele’s warm heart, generous spirit, and artistic talents will be cherished and remembered by all who knew her. She will be dearly missed.
