Marie L. Moody (Missy)

April 7, 1956 - June 25, 2025

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Marie L. Moody, affectionately known as Missy, who passed away on June 25, 2025, at the age of 69. A woman of deep compassion and quiet strength, Missy will be remembered for the love she gave so freely and the kindness she extended to all, especially animals in need.

Missy was the beloved wife of the late Joseph Moody and the cherished daughter of Heidy and William Mueller, who preceded her in death. She is survived by her loving daughter, Carrieann Pulley, and devoted son-in-law, Christopher Pulley. Her legacy continues through her six treasured grandchildren — Cameron, Aaron, Mia, Janelle, Quinton, and Whisper — and her four precious great-grandchildren: Aliyah, Zayden, Kaycee, and Elijah.

She is also survived by her five loving siblings — Heidi Morgan, Joanne Mays (and her husband Roger Mays), William “Billy” Mueller Jr., Susie Mueller, and Teresa Mueller — always giving a helping hand whenever Missy needed, along with her two nephews, Kristopher Stefani and Brandon Mueller.

Missy had a profound love for animals, especially cats, and never turned away a hungry one, even when it meant making sacrifices herself. Her heart was open, generous, and gentle, and those who knew her will never forget her kindness and warmth.

Her family finds comfort in knowing she is reunited with those she loved who passed before her. Still, the ache of her absence is felt deeply by all who were lucky enough to be part of her life.
