Donna Lynn Driggers, born May 31, 1958, entered her heavenly home on May 29, 2026. Donna was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose love for her family was evident in everything she did. She was also a devoted daughter who deeply loved and honored her parents, Bobby and Shirley Ann Blackwelder. She is survived by her daughters, Sarah Driggers and Anna Driggers; her beloved grandchildren, Lily Rodriguez, Owen Rodriguez, Rose Rodriguez, and Noah Rodriguez; and her siblings, Kimberly Duncan, Beverly Hartley, and Victor Blackwelder. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Eugene Driggers, who passed away in 2016.

Donna worked as an accountant for many years and later served as a tax preparer and Manager with H&R Block. She took pride in helping others and built lasting relationships through her dedication and care. Above all else, she treasured her role as a mother and grandmother. Her faith in the Lord Jesus Christ was the foundation of her life. Donna’s love for her Savior guided her daily actions and provided strength, comfort, and hope throughout her life. She lived her faith through her kindness, generosity, and unwavering support of those she loved.

Donna took immense pride in her daughter’s musical accomplishments and was their most devoted supporter. She attended countless rehearsals, lessons, performances, and events over the years. She was especially proud of Anna’s performing career throughout her college years and of Sarah’s career as a music teacher, always offering encouragement, guidance, and support for the many performances and milestones along the way.

Nothing brought Donna greater joy than spending time with her family, especially her cherished grandchildren. Being a grandmother was one of her greatest joys, and she treasured every moment spent with Lily, Owen, Rose, and Noah. She also treasured her friendship with her best friend, Phyllis. She enjoyed watching The Andy Griffith Show, Yellowstone, and Law & Order, and she was always happiest when surrounded by the people she loved.

Donna’s legacy is one of faith, love, devotion, and steadfast support. She sacrificed willingly for her family, celebrated the accomplishments of those she loved, and never missed an opportunity to encourage those around her. Though she will be deeply missed, the love she poured into her family will continue for generations. Her family finds comfort in knowing she is reunited with loved ones gone before her and resting in the presence of her Lord and Savior.

Funeral service information will be announced by the family.
