Christy Lee Lever

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Christy Lee Lever, a beloved wife, mother, nana, and friend, who left this world on December 22, 2025. Christy was born on December 25, 1961, in Tucson, Arizona, to Joe and Patricia Whalen. Her journey through life was marked by love, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to her family and community.

Christy’s life was a beautiful testament to the power of kindness and service. She married the love of her life, Robin Lever, on September 19, 1979, in a heartfelt ceremony on the banks of the Peace River in Bartow, Florida. Together, they created a warm and nurturing home filled with love and laughter. Christy was a devoted mother to her children, Mark Lever (Sabrina) and Jessica Stinson (Norman), and her legacy continues to shine through her fourteen grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. Her family was her pride and joy, and she cherished every moment spent with them.

As a home health nurse, Christy dedicated her life to caring for others, bringing comfort and support to those in need. Later, she chose to become a stay-at-home mom, a decision that allowed her to focus wholeheartedly on her family’s well-being. Christy was known for her giving nature; she never spoke ill of anyone and often put others before herself. She was always the last to be served, a reflection of her selflessness and love for those around her. Her passion for the medical field and her love for babies drove her to be an advocate for the vulnerable, and her warmth touched the lives of many.

In addition to her family and profession, Christy was deeply involved in her community. She volunteered for years at many churches, lending her time and talents to help those in need. Her spirit of service and dedication to helping others made her a cherished member of her community, and her contributions will not be forgotten.

Christy is preceded in death by her father and her beloved son, Jason Lever. She is survived by her devoted husband, Robin Lever; her children, Mark Lever (Sabrina) and Jessica Stinson (Norman); her fourteen grandchildren; and her great-granddaughter, all of whom will carry her memory in their hearts forever.

Christy Lee Lever was truly one of a kind—her kindness, strength, and unwavering love will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her. As we say goodbye, let us carry forward her legacy of love and generosity, honoring the incredible life she led.
