Christopher A. Sanabria, a beloved son, father, brother, and friend, passed away unexpectedly on April 1, 2026, at the tender age of 26. Born on March 23, 2000, in the vibrant city of Miami, Florida, Christopher was a beacon of light and laughter to all who knew him.
Christopher was a man of many talents and passions. He had recently embarked on a promising career path, having just secured an apprenticeship in Apollo Beach as an electrician, a field he was deeply passionate about. His educational journey at Florida Technical College, where he graduated with an electrician certificate, was a testament to his dedication and commitment to building a brighter future for himself and his family.
His love for the outdoors was infectious; he found solace and joy in the simple pleasures of life, whether it was feeling the wind rush through his hair as he skateboarded, rode his motorcycle or his bicycle, or the serenity he found while fishing by the tranquil waters. The beach was his sanctuary, and he cherished every moment he spent there, basking in the warmth of the sun and the embrace of the ocean.
Christopher had a gift for building things with his hands, a skill that went beyond the physical. He built relationships and memories that will stand the test of time. His humor and kindness were the foundation of who he was—a man with a generous heart who always put others before himself. He would often give away what little he had, finding joy in the happiness of those around him.
He leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter, survived by his devoted mother, Grace Carey, and his stepfather, Antoian; his father, Victor Perez; his cherished children, Luka, Leilani, and Melanie, who were the light of his life; his loving sisters, Kimberly and Delilah; his grandmother, Berta, who he adored; his aunt Rose, and cousins Alexander and Anthony, who he shared countless memories with; and his nephew, Weston, who he adored even though he never got a chance to meet him.
Christopher’s life, though brief, was full of moments that touched the hearts of all who knew him. He will be remembered not just for his infectious smile and boundless energy, but for the kindness and love he bestowed upon the world.
Until we meet again, we hold onto the memories of Christopher with profound gratitude, knowing that his spirit will continue to inspire us to be kind, generous, and to live life with a heart full of adventure. May his soul find peace in the eternal embrace of the Lord, and may we carry his light within us always.
