Julie and I are so sorry to hear of Cecil’s Passing. We enjoyed getting to know the Deal family through our time in the JCI together. We will always remember.

Cecil was one of a kind. He was very proud of his military background and yet very humble when he was thanked for his service. He always had a smile and a hug ready. His favorite accomplishment in his life was when Bianca said "yes"... she was the light of his life. He was deeply loved and will be deeply missed.

I am so sorry for your loss. We shared many a good time over the last 40 years watching our kids grow up as Jaycee kids and working on projects. I will miss Cecil’s warm smile and hearing all his great ideas! That man never stopped! Love to the entire Deal family! RIP, Cecil! You’ve earned it!
