Brandon Roy Moran, a cherished soul known for his infectious joy and adventurous spirit, left this world on April 23, 2026, just shy of his 40th birthday. Born on April 25, 1986, in Bartow, Florida, Brandon was a good friend to those who had the pleasure of knowing him. He was the beloved son of Roy and Joellen Moran, both of whom preceded him in death.

Brandon had a lifelong love for the outdoors. He found solace and joy in the open air, whether riding his motorcycle, casting a line while fishing, or navigating the serene waters on an airboat. Brandon was also an avid hunter and cherished the simple pleasures of life, like a good day at the lake or a lively game of corn hole with friends.

A member of the Moose Lodge in Winter Haven, Brandon was known for his warm-heartedness and his ability to bring people together. He had a gift for making those around him feel special and included, whether at a lodge event or a friendly gathering. His love for a good party was well known, but above all, he loved his son, Kash Moran more than life itself.

Brandon was a devoted family man, deeply connected to his roots and the people who shaped his life. He leaves behind his son, Kash, who was the light of his life; his grandmother, Ellen “Granny” Moran, whom he adored and shared a special bond with; his aunts Annette Weeks (Mark), Brenda Ketelhut (Rick), Joanne St. Vincent, Judy, and Destiny Vasquez (Mark); and his siblings, Jimmy Moran, and Lance and Tyler Orrick. His faithful canine companion, Ellie Mae, will continue to carry a piece of Brandon’s spirit.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Joellen Moran, as well as his paternal grandfather, Henry Leroy Moran, and maternal grandparents, Robert and Betty Gibbs. Brandon’s legacy is carried forward by his surviving family and the countless friends who were touched by his zest for life.

Brandon was a great, fun-loving guy who was always down for a good time. His laughter, warmth, and big heart will be profoundly missed by all who had the fortune to know him. His passing leaves a void that cannot be filled, but his memory will live on in the stories and smiles of those he left behind.

A celebration of Brandon’s life will be held on May 1, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Auburndale Memorial Park in Auburndale, FL. Family, friends, and all whose lives were touched by Brandon are invited to gather as we honor his life and the joy he brought into our world.

May we continue to celebrate the adventurous, loving spirit of Brandon Roy Moran in our hearts and actions.
