With heavy hearts, the family of Russell G. LeDuc announces his peaceful passing on July 4, 2025, at the age of 78. Born on December 26, 1946, Russell lived a full and vibrant life rooted in love for his family, resilience through life’s challenges, and a deep sense of loyalty and strength.

Russell was a devoted brother to his two sisters, Barbara Letson and Deborah Peters, who stood by him throughout his life. His legacy continues through his six children: Jennifer Phillips, Russell Francis, Bryan LeDuc, David Williams, Billy Williams, and Renee Larson. Each of them carries forward his resilience, work ethics, and enduring love for family.

He was a proud grandfather to seven beloved grandchildren—Breonna Suarez, Carly Clevenger, Dyson Phillips, Taylor Francis, Cooper LeDuc, Isabel Francis, and R.J. LeDuc—each of whom brought him great joy and pride. His love spanned generations, and he was blessed to meet and cherish his four great-grandchildren: Jazlyn Suarez, Bailey Suarez, Sophia Clevenger, and James Phillips.

Russell’s life was filled with family gatherings, shared stories, hard work, and laughter. He will be remembered not only for the love he gave so freely but also for the quiet strength he offered.

A memorial service will be held at the graveside of Rose Hill Cemetery in Central City, KY on August 02, 2025 at 11am, to celebrate his life. The family invites all who knew Russell to join us saying farewell as we lay him to rest next to his wife Shirley LeDuc.

He will be deeply missed and forever loved.
