The afternoon of December 19th was a devastating afternoon for me, as I received the sad news of your passing. My God, how I wish all of this was just a fake news, but every time I went to your Facebook and saw the testimonies of people sad about your sudden departure, I could see that everything was truth and then my heart was in pieces. I have all our moments saved, I have our photos, our videos, the two stuffed dogs, our keychain and the liquid soap with your scent. What a regret I have for not having kept in touch with you after our last conversation, what a regret I have for not having enjoyed you a little more. You were a wonderful man to me, you blessed me in any way you could to make me happy and I am grateful for that. Very grateful for all the moments we shared together, my jiu-jitsu guy. Rest in God's peace. I love you❤️❤️

So sorry for your lost , prayers for the whole family

Words cannot describe how painful it to lose you little brother. You were not only my brother, but also my best friend of 42yrs that I could talk to about anything. You were always there for me and was doing so good at life. I will always love and be proud of you Derrick Michael Hannah.

To my best friend and his family, I am so thankful I got to know you. My life was brighter because of you. It will never be the same. You were my adventure partner. Life won’t be as fun without you. I won’t have the courage to do these experiences without you. You had so much life left in you. So many things you were doing and were gonna do. You had already accomplished so much just in the time you’ve changed your life for the better. I’ve never seen anyone accomplish as much as you did in such a short amount of time.
