Pierce A Wilson “Andy” 75 years old and resident of Winter Garden entered his Heavenly Home on December 10, 2022. He was in the care of Cornerstone Hospice House, Clermont, FL. Andy was born in Winter Haven, FL to Pierce Henderson and Barbara Louise Wilson on May 13, 1947. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents. He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Lori Ann, his son Scott Anthony, grandkids Hannah Sophia and Zachary Scott. Additionally, his sisters Shirley Louise Hutcheson, Barbara Suzanne Murphy (Glenn), brother Patrick Henry Wilson (Jeanie), half- sister Julie Hodgson Ubriaco (John) and many nephews and nieces. Andy graduated from Winter Haven High School in 1966. He served our country for four years in the Navy Seabees. Andy spent 47 years with FMC/JBT Aerotech maintaining equipment that served the Airline Industry. Along with collaborating with Engineers to troubleshoot issues in the field as their Field
Service Supervisor. He traveled the globe to install and provided training on airline equipment for the Commercial Airline Industry and the United States Air Force.
Andy and Lori met at work. Andy’s outgoing personality and southern charm lead Lori to say “yes’ to a date and then “yes’ to death do us part. They have spent the last 37 years loving and caring for each other.

Andy was known by many as Mr. “Fix it” and could fix anything without even looking it up on YouTube. Most importantly, he had a never-ending willingness to help others no matter how challenging the job. His favorite hobbies were hunting or fishing and most of the time with his brother Pat. If he could spend his spare time hanging out in a tree stand or on the lake he was the happiest man around. Andy enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He always had a story or joke to share and told them like one of the classic story tellers of the south. He also loved to build things including a custom-made Hot Rod T- Bucket car. He would participate in car shows and make the most of every opportunity to swap stories with strangers or, better said, with potential new friends because Andy never met a stranger. Andy always had his unforgettable smile and humor loaded and ready to share. That’s what made him the center of attention wherever he went. That’s the Andy we all loved. That’s the Andy we will all miss.
