Phyllis Cecelia Howell Malatino

Phyllis died in her home under Good Shepherd Hospice care. She went to be with the Lord Jesus at 2:43PM Thanksgiving Day. She joined her parents Ruth and Cyrus Howell Sr. and her three brothers Cyrus Jr, Glenn, and Keith.

She was born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama (Roll Tide). She met her husband on the campus of the University of Alabama. They fell in love and married on Sept 2nd and just celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary.
She was an amazing mother of three daughters, wonderful Nana to seven grandchildren and great-Nana to Orion and Callum. But, most importantly, she believed with all her heart in Jesus and that her name is written in the Lamb’s Book of Life. She witnessed to countless people and most definitely heard “Well done my good and faithful servant”. She died knowing that all of her family will be with her again, as all are saved.

She is survived by her loving and devoted husband – Anthony “Tony” Malatino; her daughters: Annette Knowles (Abraham), Patricia Malatino, Christie Henn (Dan); grandchildren: Alexa Benedick-Henn (Caleb), Matthew Starling, Alexander Knowles (Sarah), Jeremy Starling, Brooke Henn Corado (Willie), Rachel Knowles, Annabelle Henn; & great grandchildren: Orion Knowles and Callum Corado
